Menu items at your disposal
The following menu items are at your disposal:
Always find your way back
Wherever you are with George Business, if you want to return to your personalised overview, there are two ways to do this:
- Click on "Overview", the first item in the navigation, or
- Click on the George logo at the top left
This will quickly take you back to your overview page, where you will see all your favourite products and accounts at a glance.
Menu items with subcategories
Some menu items have more expandable subcategories that guide you directly to specific functions and actions.
You can easily spot menu items with further submenus - they have an "expand tick" next to them.
New Order:
Creating a new order is one of the most common daily business tasks. Here are some of George's shortcuts:
- Single Transfer
- Bulk Transfer
- Tax Payment
- Standing Order
- Single Direct Debit
- Bulk Direct Debit
- Data Import
Your Orders:
Managing your existing orders starts here by navigating to:
From there, you can further navigate to your Signature Folder (if you have the right permissions) or your Order History.
Address Book:
The address book contains your business contacts and the corresponding accounts and templates. You can also create new business contacts here. Go directly to:
- Your Business Contacts
- Templates
- Mandates (i.e. your SEPA Direct Debit Mandates)
Contact
This is your communications hub. From here, you can write your advisor (admins only), get support and receive updates from your bank. Here are your options:
- Advice & Support
- Messages
- Bank News
- Processing Log
- Help Center (a.k.a. where you're reading this article right now)
Export:
If you export transaction data regularly, this menu point will become your faithful companion, leading you to:
- Data Export
- Export Sets
