Damaged card? It's annoying, but George helps you reorder - in the app or web browser. We also take care of your old card and lock it immediately. Here's how it all works.
Reorder Your Debit Card

This article is about reordering / reissuing a debit card. We also have a guide on how to reorder a credit card.
App
Reorder card
- From your Overview, go to the card symbol in the top right.
- Choose the debit card you want to reorder.
- Tap "Reorder card" in Functions.
You can also go to your debit card via your current account (Current Account > Functions > Cards).
- If there are any fees, George shows them in this step.
- Click "Next".
- Follow the on-screen instructions and sign as usual to approve.
Your new card will be reissued within 3 business days. If you reorder your card without locking it, the PIN stays the same. Forgot it? No problem. With George, you can look up your card PIN at all times.
To check your card status, go to the Info tab of your card - it's next to Functions. In addition to details like card number and limit, you will see a status. When you card is ready to use, this will show "OK".

Reorder card
- Go to "Your Products” in the header.
- Choose the debit card you want to reorder in the list. Alternatively, you can go to your current account (Menu item "Cards") and find your card there.
- Scroll to "Services".
- Choose “Reorder”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and sign as usual to approve.
Your new card will be reissued within 3 business days. If you reorder your card without locking it, the PIN stays the same. Forgot it? No problem. With George, you can look up your card PIN at all times.
Your card status is also displayed in "Services", right where you reordered. When your new card is ready to use, the status will show "Activated".
Don't forget: If you have a new address, make sure to contact your advisor so the bank can send your card to the right place.
