Reorder card
- Choose the card you want to reorder - right in your Overview or in the cards menu (card icon top right).
- Go to Functions and scroll down.
- Tap "Reorder card".
- Tap "Next".
- Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm with your usual signing method.
Your new card will be reissued within 3 business days. If you reorder your card without locking it, the PIN stays the same. You can always access your card PIN via Functions -> Show PIN.
To see your card's status, go to the "Info" section of your credit card, next to "Functions". Here you'll find details like your card number or your limit. At the bottom, you'll see "Status". When your card is ready to use, you should see "OK" here.

- Choose the card you want to reorder - directly in Overview or via "Your Products" (under "Cards").
- Go to "Card Functions".
- Scroll down to "Services".
- Click "Reorder".
- Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm with your usual signing method.
Your new card will be reissued within 3 business days. If you reorder your card without locking it, the PIN stays the same. You can always access your card PIN via Card Functions -> Show PIN.
Your card's status is also displayed in "Services", right where you reordered it. When your new card is ready to use, it should show up as "Activated".
Don't forget: If you have a new address, make sure to contact your advisor so the bank can send your card to the right place.
