Picture this: You're at checkout in a store... and you can't remember your 4-digit debit card PIN, even though you've used it for years. What now? With George, it's no problem. Just ask and he can show your PIN code, whenever and wherever you need.

With the George app, you can look up your debit card PIN at all times. Here's how.
App
1. Tap the card icon (top right) in the overview.
2. Choose the card you want to see the PIN for.
3. Tap "Show PIN".
4. Sign as usual (e.g. with George ID PIN or biometrics).
5. Tap the "Show PIN" button to reveal your card PIN.
Once you're done, you can hide the PIN again by tapping the button. George closes the window automatically after 20 seconds.
Web Browser
1. Choose your debit card in "Your Products" in the header.
You can also go to the current account tied to the card, then find it by going to "Cards" in the side menu.
2. Scroll down until you see PIN Code and click "Show PIN".
3. Click "Continue" and sign as usual (e.g. with George ID PIN or biometrics).
4. George shows your PIN for 20 seconds. Once you're done, click "Hide now" to close the window.
Need more time? After 20 seconds, George asks if you want to show the PIN again or close.
Is it possible to change your debit card PIN with George?
No. It is not possible to change your debit card PIN, neither with George, nor at a branch or ATM.
