Sometimes life happens: Your credit card gets stolen, or you lose it in a moment of distraction. Either way, you want to make sure nobody can access or misuse your financial information. You can do that by immediately locking your debit card with George - in the app or web browser.

You will get a new card with a new card number within 3 business days. You can always see your card PIN by going to Functions -> Show PIN.

If there’s no emergency and you simply want to deactivate certain card features, that’s also easy with George.
Card damaged? Or need a new card sooner - for example, if you're travelling close to the expiry date? You can also reorder your card. This will automatically lock your old card.
