Your credit card is your flexible payment method for everyday. With it, you can manage your payments easily and stressless. You can pay in stores or online and also withdraw cash from an ATM. To manage your financial life and adapt it to your needs, there are many different features for your credit card. You can access them via the George app or the George browser version.

How to get there
- Access George.
- From your overview, choose your credit card.
- Click on "Functions".
- There, you see all of them listed: from card locking to customisation options.
Available functions & features
- Lock card: Lock your card if it is lost or stolen and reorder a new one straight away.
- Card features: See/adapt the areas of use for which your card is activated. Possible areas of use are purchases in shops and online as well as cash withdrawals at ATMs.
- Change limit: Change your monthly card limit.
- Increase available amount: This amount is made up of your card limit and your current card balance. You can increase this amount by transferring money from one of your accounts.
- Show PIN: Forgot your PIN? No problem. You can view it right here in the George app.
- Display card details: George shows you your full card number, your valid thru date and the CVV.
- Change repayment method: Decide between full monthly payback and partial payment.
- Reorder card: In case you need a new card, you can order one right here. The old one is automatically deactivated.
- Display my benefits: Check out available benefits such as discounted airport services.
- Google Pay/Apple Pay: Activate your card and use your compatible device, such as your smartwatch or mobile phone, for contactless payments in shops and online.
- Customise: Personalise your card by changing the name or colour and/or adding an individual image.

- Go to "Card Features".
- There, you see all of them listed: from fields of application to card locking options.
Available functions & features
- Fields of application: Here you can see/adapt the areas of use for which your card is activated. Possible areas of use are purchases in shops and online as well as cash withdrawals at ATMs.
- Your available amount: This amount is made up of your card limit and your current card balance. You can increase this amount by transferring money from one of your accounts.
- Your credit card limit: This is the amount that you can spend in total per billing period (per month).
- Limits: Other limits, such as cash withdrawal limits, are displayed here.
- Card status: Lock your credit card if it has been lost or stolen. Broke your card so it's unusable? Simply reorder it.
- Card details: George shows you your full card number, your valid thru date and the CVV.
- My benefits: This area shows you available benefits such as discounted airport services.
- Your code (PIN): Forgot your PIN? George can show you your code with just a few clicks.
As you see, there's a lot of options you have when using your credit card in order to adapt the use of it perfectly to your needs.
