George shows you if an order is open, scheduled, executed, or failed. Here's what that means, plus information on where to find your orders.
Payment orders work a bit differently in the George app and web browser. We'll show you both options.
Your account history shows all incoming and outgoing transactions on your current account, going back up to 7 years. This includes card payments, SEPA direct debits and transfers.
Your orders show the transfers/payment orders you created in the last 6 months, split by category.
If you create a transfer but don't sign it yet, it will show up as an open order.
This can be practical if you want to bundle transfers and sign just once. Or double check something before you send.

Sometimes, a transfer doesn't go through. This can have many reasons. George will try to explain why, so you can decide what to do next. For more information, see our guide on failed orders.
If you sign a transfer and ask George to send the money on a specific date, it will show up as a scheduled order.
You can go to an order to cancel or make changes any time until then, as long as you chose a transfer date after today. Note that there should be enough on your balance for the transfer on the execution date.

Once George completes a transfer, it will show up as an executed order. You can see details by going on it.
