You don't have to complete a transfer right away. George can save it for later. This can be practical. For example, if you want to create many transfers and sign just once.

When you create a transfer, you have a few options:
- Sign right away: George completes the transfer.
- Save for later: George lets you save the transfer as a template (to use for future transfers) or as an open order. This way, you can sign and send in seconds.
You can save most transfer types as open orders, including:
Save a transfer as an open order
App
- Create a new transfer and fill in the details (e.g. amount, IBAN, name). You can also use a QR code.
- In the transfer summary, tap "X" (iPhone) or "←" (Android).
- Tap "Save payment as open order" in the list that pops up.
That's it! George now takes you back to your account overview.
When you tap "Orders & Authorisations", you will see the new transfer under "Open orders".
Web
- Create a new transfer and fill in the details (e.g. amount, IBAN, name).
- Click "Save & new".
- George saves it automatically as an open order.
You will now see this open order under "History" in your current account.
Manage open orders
App
- From your Overview, go to the account you used to make the transfer.
- Tap "Orders & Authorisations" in the "Transactions" tab.
- If you want to manage orders across different accounts, choose "All Accounts".
- Find the order you want under Open orders and tap on it.
In addition to viewing transfer details, you'll see the following options:
- Delete: George deletes the details and removes the order from the list.
- Edit: Change details like recipient name, amount, transfer date. You can also add info (e.g. payment reference) and decide to send as an Instant Payment (SEPA).
- Sign: Once you sign, George will execute the transfer.
Web Browser
- Click "Your Orders" in the header.
- Choose "All about your orders" at the bottom of the list.
By default, George shows you orders across all your accounts. To select specific ones, use the dropdown menu to the top right.
When you hover over an order, you will see buttons for the following options:
- Delete: George clears transfer details and removes the order from the list.
- Edit: Change details like recipient name, amount, transfer date. You can also add info (e.g. payment reference) and decide to send as an Instant Payment (SEPA).
- Sign: Once you sign, George will execute the transfer.
Don't see an open order?
Look through your executed orders in "Orders & Authorisations" to make sure you haven't signed it already.
If you signed a transfer to be completed at a future date, you will see this under scheduled orders.
