It's rare, but sometimes a transfer doesn't go through. If possible, George will tell you the reason why. That way, you have a better idea of what to do next.

Most of the time, transfers work smoothly. But when they don't, George alerts you by marking them as failed orders.
Where to find failed orders
App
- From Overview, go to the account you used to make the transfer.
- Go to "Orders & Authorisations", where you'll find all your payment orders.
- Scroll to "Failed orders".
Next to each order, you'll see a brief status showing why it failed. Tap an order to see more details.
Web
- Click "Your Products" in the header and choose "All about your orders".
- Scroll until you find "Failed orders". George shows you orders across all accounts by default.

Reasons for failed orders
There are many reasons why a payment can't be executed. For example:
- Not enough money on your account
- IBAN does not exist
- Recipient account cannot accept payments
