Note on Requesting Loan Agreements/Loan Contracts

If you need a copy of your loan agreement in connection with the AK Agreement on the Refund of Loan Processing Fees, we ask that you not request it via the right of access under Article 15 of the GDPR.

The quickest and easiest way to obtain the loan agreements or contract documents you need is directly through your account manager or at one of our branches.

A separate process is available for submitting and processing requests for reimbursement of loan processing fees. We ask that you submit your request using the following form (german only): https://www.sparkasse.at/kredit-bearbeitungsgebuehr

Your right to request information about the processing of your personal data under Article 15 of the GDPR, regardless of the above, remains unaffected, of course.
