With George Business, it is possible to make transfers with pre-defined templates to avoid typos and save time.

This way, you don’t have to enter all the order details each and every time you want to make a transfer to an account. This not only saves time, but it also makes transfers simple and well-arranged. Read further to see how to create a new template with George Business.

How to create a transfer template from within a new transfer

2. Fill in the transfer details. 

3. As soon as you enter the amount, a checkbox called "Create a template" appears a little further down. Please click this checkbox.

4. Now, enter a name for the template you can well remember.

5. Click either on Save, Save & new or sign your order right away.

How to create a transfer template from within the Address Book

1. On your overview, go to the left-side main navigation.

2. Click on "Addressbook".

3. A dropdown menu opens. Click on "Templates".

4. By default, you will see all your transfer templates. There are single templates as well as bulk templates.

5. In the dropdown menu on the top right, select the template type you want to create.

6. In the next step, enter a template name you will well remember. Enter the transfer details too.

7. When you're finished, click on "Create template". George Business will store and show your new template.

8. You can find and edit your template any time here in the template submenu of your address book.
