Create a New Business Contact via the Address Book

It’s always good to have your business contacts at hand. Also, at your digital banking. Therefore, you can see the bank details of your business contacts in the address book within George Business. And here you can also create a new business contact.

In the address book in the left-side navigation you can save and manage the order-relevant information on your business contacts. Here you also have access to the templates for your transfers and can start new orders from them.

Under the menu item "Business contacts" you find the business contacts you have created and the corresponding accounts you need for your financial activities. Relevant information, e.g. IBAN, address, etc., are automatically taken over for a new order.

How to create a new business contact

  • Click on the button "+ New business contact" to create a new business contact. In addition to the name of the business contact, you can enter a main address and any number of secondary addresses ("Add address").
  • With the button "Save and create account" you can add an account to your business contact in the next step.
  • Click on "Save" to go directly to the detailed view of the business contact. Here you get an overview of all details of your business contact and can edit, delete, add an account or create a mandate in a further step.
