Login to your Business Banking
Login to George Business
Depending on whether you want to use George Business with s Identity, SMS-OTP or cardTAN, follow the respective instructions to access the George Business Dashboard.
s Identity on your smartphone or s Identity on your desktop
For the login you need:
- Your access data to George Business, which you received via s Box, by post or from your admin, as well as your user or disposer.
- Your mobile phone with the activated s Identity app or the activated s Identity Desktop app.
Note: Activation codes expire after 14 days from creation. Each code is used up when it is used to activate a device. Therefore, please consider in advance which device you would like to activate. You can subsequently activate up to 3 additional devices with new codes.
Login with s Identity:
- Open the website george-business.sparkasse.at
- Enter your 9-digit user number or disposer number or your user name in the field "User identification”
- Select the login method "s Identity" and click on "Start login".
- Open s Identity on your smartphone or desktop and log in with your PIN. At s Identity you will be asked for which product you want to activate s Identity. Select "George ". You can find the step-by-step instructions here: s Identity für George Business
- Compare the verification code displayed at George Business with the one you see at s Identity.
- Confirm your login with s Identity. If your login is successful, you will be taken directly to your George Business dashboard.
CardTAN
For the login you need:
- Your access data to George Business, which you have received via s Box, by post or from your Admin.
- your user number or disposer number
- a TANCard from Erste Bank / Sparkasse
- a TAN generator
Login with cardTAN:
- Open the website george-business.sparkasse.at
- Enter your 9-digit user number or disposer number or your user name in the field "User Identification".
- Select the login variant "cardTAN" and click on "Start login".
- Insert your TANCard into the TAN generator and enter your 5-digit Electronic Banking PIN (EB-PIN).
- Press the TAN button. The calculated 7-digit TAN appears on the display.
- Enter the TAN in the password field ("cardTAN OTP") on the login page and click on "Login". If the check is successful, you will be taken to the George Business Dashboard.
Tip: If the password you entered was incorrect, simply generate a new password using the TAN generator.
SMS-OTP (One Time Password)
For the login you need:
- Your access data with user number or disposer number for George Business, which you received via s Box, by post or from your administrator.
- Your user number/disposer number
- Your mobile phone with the number you have provided
Login with SMS-OTP:
- Open the george-business.sparkasse.at page in your browser.
- Enter your 9-digit user number or disposer number in the "User identification" field and start the login. If your administrator has already given you a user name ("alias"), you can enter this instead of the user number.
- Select the login option "SMS-OTP" and click on "Start login".
- Enter your personal EB PIN (Electronic Banking PIN) in the password field ("EB PIN") on the login page and click on "Start Login". You will receive the OTP (One Time Password) on your mobile phone. The OTP is valid for 5 minutes.
- In the password field ("SMS OTP") of the login page, enter the 7-digit OTP you have received and click on "Login". If the password is successfully verified, you will be taken to the George Business Dashboard. If the OTP you entered was incorrect, you will be sent a new password.
Note: After 4 incorrect entries, your access will be blocked. Please contact your admin to reactivate your access. If you are a disposer with an active disposer number, please contact the George Business Help Desk (Email: george-business@s-servicecenter.at or phone: +43 (0)50 100 50320)
Login to Telebanking Pro
s Identity on your smartphone or s Identity on your desktop
For the login you need:
- Your access data to Telebanking Pro, which you received via s Box, by post or from your admin, as well as your user or disposer.
- Your mobile phone with the activated s Identity app or the activated s Identity Desktop app.
Note: Activation codes expire after 14 days from creation. Each code is used up when it is used to activate a device. Therefore, please consider in advance which device you would like to activate. You can subsequently activate up to 3 additional devices with new codes.

- Open the website https://www.sparkasse.at/tbp
- Enter your 9-digit user number or disposer number or your user name in the field "User identification”
- Select the login method "s Identity" and click on "Start login".

- Your access data to Telebanking Pro, which you have received via s Box, by post or from your Admin.
