Why is no push notification?

Please check is “night shift” mode is activated on your smart phone.
This way push notification is not delivered.
Furthermore delivery of push notification cannot be guaranteed.
If you have started login but did not receive a push notification within seconds please open the s Identity app on your smart phone by clicking the icon.
