How to activate fingerprint or face recognition?


During activation of the s Identity app you have to define a s Identity PIN which is still needed in order to login to s Identity in case of technical problems using finger print or face recognition.

Afterwards you will automatically be invited to activate finger print or face recognition (not available for Android devices) if your device is supporting biometrics.


Special hint: If more than one user/customer is using the same s Identity app the possibility to activate finger print or face recognition for s Identity is disabled. Otherwise all finger prints and faces registered on the specific smartphone could be used for all users/costumers using s Identity.
