In the last 170 years of its existence Sparkasse OÖ has evolved to the leading domestic regional bank. It has about 1,717 employees and total assets of more than 15,5 bn EUR. As a member of the Austrian Savings Bank Group, Sparkasse OÖ acts as a free and independent bank. Furthermore, it concluded a mutual liability agreement with Erste Bank. Sparkasse OÖ services its almost 440,000 corporate and private customers with currently 131 branches, thus it is the bank with the largest number of customers in Upper Austria.
