Withdrawal from an Online Product Purchase
If you purchase a product online (distance sales contract), you may withdraw from the contract within a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period; see Section 18b(1) of the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG). This period also applies to credit agreements, see Section 12(1) of the Consumer Credit Act (VKrG), and to insurance policies, see Section 5c of the Insurance Contract Act (VersVG). For life insurance contracts, a 30-day period applies, see Section 5c of the Insurance Contract Act (VersVG).
You do not need to provide a reason for the withdrawal. You are not required to use this form for your withdrawal. If you do use it, please fill out the following fields and click “Submit.”
This form may only be used to withdraw from products purchased online within the statutory withdrawal period. After this period has expired, you must contact your account manager to cancel.
If you have purchased an insurance policy (e.g., home insurance) online from Wiener Städtische Versicherung through a sales channel of Erste Bank and Sparkassen, please use the cancellation feature or send your notice of cancellation to kundenservice@wienerstaedtische.at.
