Account Statements

Last Article Update 28.05.2026

Account statements show you all the activity in your account. You can also used bank-signed statements as proof (for example, with tax authorities). Find out how to create, download and print statements.

In addition to single transactions, account statements also show you a total balance. This is the sum of all transactions in your account during the period.

How to create account statements

An account statement always starts where the last one ended. Just like with the good old in-branch statement printers.

George can only create a new statement if there are new transactions for the account.

How to download, print and share statements

Whether right after creation or in a year, the steps are the same:

Info-only statement items

Some items don't show actual transactions, and don't change your account balance. They are just there to inform you.

  • Info entries: Provide details about bank messages, technical topics, payment bookings and more.
  • Null entries (0,00 sum): These are not booked payments, and give you details about a transaction. For example, why a transaction did not go through.

Statements for savings accounts and loans

The steps are similar to current accounts. From your savings account or loan overview, go to Functions.

The statements show you account balance and all incoming and outgoing transactions for the period.
