George is always there to help you manage your personal finances and assist you with your digital banking. Apart from specific topics that you might talk to your advisor about, there are also general updates by the bank, that George keeps you informed about. You find these in the communication hub, where you can also book appointments, among other things.

How it works
- Click on the "Contact" icon in the bottom right corner.
- You then get to your contact area.
- Go to "General messages".
- In this area, George lists all your general messages from the bank.

How it works
- Click on the message icon on the top right of the website.
- You enter your contact area.
- Then go to "General Messages".
- There, you'll find them in different categories, like important messages or information messages.
- Important messages are mandatory for you to read. George will also ask you to confirm that you did so.
If you have new messages waiting for you, you get notified about them via George in your overview. General messages can be about maintenance work, branch opening hours, security warnings (e.g. phishing topics), app updates, certain plug-ins and much more. Just know that with George, you're always up-to-date.
