Sometimes, you need to talk to someone who gets you and your finances. Your advisor, to be specific. George lets you book an appointment - in the branch, by phone or with a video call.

How to book an appointment
1. Click on the "Contact" icon in the bottom right corner.
2. Go to "Book an appointment".
3. Choose a topic from the provided list. If none is a good match, choose "General / other theme".
4. Scroll right/left and choose a date to see available time slots. You can also choose a date from a calendar - just tap on the month.
5. George shows any open slots per hour - you'll also see which appointment types are available:
- Video call (📹)
- Phone call (📞)
- In-person appointment (🏢)
Choose a timeframe that works for you.
6. Now choose an appointment type and an exact starting time.
7. You'll now see your appointment summary. Besides checking the details, here you can:
- Change advisor (if there are more options)
- Add an appointment note (this can help your advisor better prepare in advance)
8. Once you're done, tap "Book an appointment".
9. The appointment is now booked. You can now add your appointment to your calendar. If you don't want to, you can simply exit.
George will remind you about your upcoming appointment in the Contact tab.
Reschedule or cancel an appointment
Can't make it? No problem. Here's how you can reschedule or cancel an appointment:
- Go to "Contact" and choose "Appointments". This takes you to a list of your upcoming appointments.
- Tap on the appointment you want.
- Choose "Reschedule" or "Cancel".

How to book an appointment
1. Click on "Contact" in the header.
2. Go to "New appointment".
3. Choose a topic in the dropdown menu. If none is a good match, choose "General / other theme".
4. Select an appointment type. Depending on your bank branch and personal advisor, George shows you your available options (in-person appointment, phone call, video call).
5. Choose a date and time.
6. You will then see a screen with your appointment details. Check if everything is correct and confirm.
Reschedule or cancel an appointment
Can't make an appointment? No problem. Go to the "Contact" section as described above, then go to "Appointments". There you see all your upcoming booked appointments.
Click "Details/Change". Then choose to either reschedule or cancel the appointment.
If you don't want to visit a branch or make a call, you can also simply write your advisor via George. They will get back to you as soon as possible to help with your topic.
