Virtualcard Manager by George Business makes ordering and managing virtual company credit cards safe and simple. In Virtualcard Manager, you can create virtual credit cards for your employees - 100% digitally. Virtual cards are ideal for everyday costs and expenses. All your employees need to do is add the card to their Apple or Google Wallet using the George app on their phone - and start paying contactless.

How to get started with Virtualcard Manager

Virtualcard Manager is not available by default for George Business. To activate and start using it, please get in touch with your personal advisor or use Contact in the sidebar menu. From there, go to Messages and write a new message using the topic "Virtualcard Manager". Your advisor will help you make the order, as well as decide who in your company is best suited for the role of card administrator.

What documents you need

To order Virtualcard Manager you need:

An application form signed by your company
Authorisation for the designated card administrator

Role and responsibilities of the card administrator

The card administrator manages all of your company's virtual cards. Their tasks include:

Creating and assigning up to 120 virtual cards per Virtualcard Manager
Setting and changing card limits, merchant categories and areas of use
Sending invites for virtual cards to employees
Oversight of transactions
Temporarily locking or permanently closing individual cards
