SSL Security certificate

To protect your data from unauthorized view, it is encrypted before it gets cleared for transfer. To this means, we employ the TLS (Transport Layer Security) Protocol with the maximum level of encryption (up to 256 bit depending on browser and device). A closed lock icon displayed in your browser indicates that it has switched to TLS. In addition the online session is secured by PFS (Perfect Forward Secrecy).

The power of an algorithm is indicated by the number of bits used. The number of bits indicates the key length. With 128 Bit, there are 2 to the power of 128 (= about 340.282.366.920.900.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000) possible keys. By today’s standards, this is unbreakable, and will be for the next years. As soon as there is a higher level of encryption available, we will immediately upgrade, in order to grant you maximum security.

Details on the certificate can be gathered by clicking on the lock icon in the upper or lower browser bar or with Firefox please click on the green highlighted web address field.
