Determination of maturity date for Turbo (RON)

Referring to § 10 of the Final Terms Erste Group Bank AG announces that the maturity date for the following Erste Group turbo warrant is set to 25/01/2024.

Turbo Long AT0000A1CGB9  BANCA TRANSILVA.

The redemption amount of the warrant will be determined at maturity in accordance with § 2 of the Final Terms. The last trading day will be 22/01/2024.
