Why has the debit card 'BankCard' been replaced and why have I been sent this Debit Mastercard? I did not order any card.

The Debit Mastercard is the new debit card of the future and already being used around the world – now Erste Bank and Sparkassen clients get to use this modern card as well. Nothing changes in the use of the card; the only new aspect is that online payments are so much easier – that's an added service and a real bonus.
