With your account overview, you see all your account activities at a glance. Whether web or app, view your incoming and outgoing payments or cash withdrawals, listed according to most recent. Want to know something in more detail? That's easy. Just click on the transaction and George tells you the full story.
If you select your desired current account in the menu under your products, George shows you the most recent account transactions on the overview page. In addition, you can also see upcoming payments, such as standing orders or scheduled transfers. You can also use the search function if you want to find a special transaction.
As a first step, select the desired account in the George overview to get to the account overview.
You will now see your current account balance, the available amount, open orders and authorisations, as well as the list of the most recent account movements. If you would like to know more about a transaction, for example where you have withdrawn cash or when exactly the transaction took place, click on it directly. George will show you the details.
To get to the account overview, click on "Your products" in the menu and then select the current account you want. George forwards you to the overview page in the next step. Here you can see your scheduled orders, i.e. transactions you have planned, as well as standing orders and the total amount of these orders. You can also edit or cancel them right away. You can show or hide this field as you wish.
Next comes the overview of your current transactions. Simply scroll through until you reach the desired payment. Or use the George search, which is quick and easy.
If you want to know more about a transaction or cash withdrawal, you can find out more by clicking on it directly. George also shows you in the details whether there have been several such transactions on your account in the past.
It's best to activate the 7 Years Archive plug-in right away. That way, you can find things from longer ago. Normally, the displayed and searchable history of your accounts, cards & co. goes back 3 years. By activating the plug-in, George finds all the transaction of your current and savings accounts, securities vouchers and credit card transactions from the last 7 years (plus the current calendar year) for you.
To do this, go to "Discover" in the main menu of George Web and find the 7 Years Archive under the category of "Let George do it".
