Credit Card Invoices

Your monthly credit card invoices are available to you via George Business. Either because you own credit cards or because you have access to them as an administrator. These invoices are issued on the 25th of every month. This way, you get an overview and keep track of all those spendings and are able to make further decisions based on the insights you get.

How to get there

  • In the side menu of George Business go to "Cards".
  • Choose the credit card that you need an invoice for.
  • Go to "Invoices".
  • There you'll all your monthly credit card invoices listed.
  • They all show a statement number, a time span, the frequency and the format.
  • If you need to download one of the invoices, you can do so easily by clicking the respective button on the far right.

Your invoice in detail

  • Your monthly credit card invoice contains your invoice number, your card number, your card limit and the issue date of the invoice.
  • Below these invoice details, you'll find all your transactions made within the defined time period.

 

For each transaction, the invoice shows the following info

  • Purchase date
  • Booking date
  • Contracting company
  • Place
  • Amount in foreign currency
  • Exchange rate
  • Fee
  • Amount in Euro
  • Outstanding balance
  • Collection amount

If you want to go back in time a bit more to find certain transactions, you can also visit your credit card history via George Business. Try it out.
