Find out everything you need to know about your upgrade from Telebanking Pro to George Business.

 

Your advantages when upgrading:

  • You do not have to sign a new contract.
  • You will not receive any new access data, but can use your Telebanking Pro access data to join George Business.
  • George Business costs the same as Telebanking Pro and you do not have to pay an activation fee.
  • The current Insurance Cover remains in place when you switch.

 

You can do your banking with George Business immediately after the upgrade - with full functionality, all your data and products and - of course - full support.

To make the upgrade easier, you will also have access to Telebanking Pro for 3 months. During this transition period, you can switch between the two versions at any time. After the 3 months, your Telebanking Pro access will expire. You will of course be informed about the end of the parallel usage phase.

What you should bear in mind

One-time data transfer before upgrading to George Business

Shortly before the upgrade, a one-time data transfer of your existing data and settings from Telebanking Pro to George Business will take place. This means that from day one you will also be able to access your existing Erste Bank and Sparkasse accounts and products with George Business.

The data transfer includes the following data:

  • Business partner (at George Business they are called Business contacts): Business partner accounts (at George Business: Business contact accounts); SEPA direct debit mandate links
  • Templates
  • Product and account aliases
  • Keywords and labels
  • User favourites account

What this means for you:

  • If you create new data, make changes or delete data in Telebanking Pro, this is not also automatically synchronised at George Business.
  • If you create new data, make changes or deletions at George Business, this data will not automatically be synchronised at Telebanking Pro as well.

Two-sided data synchronisation

All other data is always at the same status during the parallel use phase, both at George Business and in Telebanking Pro.

What this means for you:

  • New entries, changes or deletions of this data in Telebanking Pro are automatically also made at George Business.
  • New entries, changes or deletions of this data at George Business are also automatically made in Telebanking Pro.

 

No data transfer or synchronisation of preferences

The following preferences are not transferred in the course of the one-time migration and are not synchronised between Telebanking Pro and George Business:

  • Dashboard tile configurations
  • Active list filter settings of the user
  • Business partner favourite account settings

What this means for you:

You can recreate these settings and others with George Business.
