In case you would like to claim an unauthorized transaction with your s Prepaid Card, please directly contact with MoneyToPay.

For this purpose, you will below find the customer claims form which you are kindly asked to return fully completed with all required documents to MoneyToPay

  • via e-Mail to umsatzservice@moneytopay.at or
  • by mail to CaixaBank Electronic Money, EDE, S.L., Gran Via de Carles III, 89-98, Torre Est, Planta 1, 08028 Barcelona/Spain.

Please note that claims concerning the basic business between customer and merchant (e.g. goods faulty or damaged) must be directly forwarded to the merchant by you first and can only be handled via MoneyToPay if this was without success. Please add all concerning documents and correspondence.
