Your access authorisation –
the entry ticket for digital banking

Our Digital Banking offers you online access to the Erste Bank or the Sparkasse – and therefore, freedom and comfort for your financial life. Decide for yourself when and where to manage your banking – on your PC, tablet or smartphone.

After your order you will receive the following in the post:
Your signatory numberNumerical code
Your passwordvalid for George, apps and eps online credit transfer
Your TAN listconsisting of 48 transaction numbers
  • With the access data you receive a reply letter containing the user agreement
  • Please sign this agreement and return it by post or hand it in at your branch
  • Your access authorisation will then be activated and you can use all of the services

You can replace the password which you are assigned with a new one which is easier to remember – please use numbers and special characters. Important: please do not write down or save your password anywhere, including in encrypted form.

  • Your TAN list contains 48 transaction numbers
  • You will be told which TAN you have to use – each one is only valid once
  • Once the list only contains 16 TANs you will be automatically send a new list by post

Arrange for a TAC text message to be sent to your mobile phone. Your benefit: even more security because the TAC is only valid for a few minutes. You will still receive a TAN list. If your mobile phone is not available – due to damage or loss – you can change to TANs at any time.

  • State your mobile phone number in the order form

How to activate the TAC text messages in George

  • Log into George with your TAN list at hand
  • Select "TAC-SMS/TAN administration" and activate "TAC-SMS"
  • Follow the instructions

How to use TACs

  • Click on "request TAC text message" on the input screen, such as when completing a credit transfer
  • You will then immediately be sent the TAC (= 4 figures) by text message on your phone at no cost
  • Check order data – enter TAC – send – finished!
