Special support role of eRoom Coordinators

In case of technical or applicatory questions concerning eRoom users should first have a look at the eRoom homepage or online help.
If they can not solve their issue by themselves they should ask their eRoom Coordinator for help.

If the eRoom Coordinator can not help

  • an EBG employee: eRoom Coordinator or EBG employee contacts the eRoom Service Desk
  • an external member: eRoom Coordinator himself contacts the eRoom Service Desk (external members are only allowed to contact the eRoom Service Desk if they have locked their account or do not know the answer to their personal question).
