Alerts and notifications

An email alert is used to inform other members about changes to an eRoom item.

  • Click on the paper plan icon in the Control Bar
  • Select those members who shall receive your alert

Additional information can be automatically sent by setting up individual email notifications on an eRoom or on any other item.
You can choose to receive a notification

  • as a nightly summary of all changes in the eRoom (default setting) or
  • as soon as each change happens (also possible for selected items)

Note: Changes to these settings may need several hours to become effective (due to Index Server refresh rate.)
